Precise Industries’ manufacturing capabilities include precision sheet metal fabrication, welded tubular frames, heavy plate structures, and electronic enclosures for commercial, medical, and military applications. We work with materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, sheet aluminum, extruded aluminum, and pre-plated sheet steel. Our in-house capabilities include wet and powder painting, silk-screening, laser cutting and robotic welding. Rapid prototyping allows Precise to develop new products and prove out design concepts quickly with a minimum of delays, so production can begin in the most efficient way possible. While in production JIT (Just In Time) cell manufacturing controls inventory and assures on time delivery to the end user with consistent quality.
Precise Industries offers a line of standard 19 inch enclosures for both the commercial OEM market and the military heavy duty TAC-4 ship board MIL-S-901 rack. We offer a “standard design platform” that allows us to work with you to develop an enclosure to meet your exact needs using our pre-tooled components. Our TAC-4 IMht weight aluminum construction enclosures are drip proof and EIA 310 compliant. These racks are available with EMI shielding. We can also provide isolation systems for both base shock isolation and sway brace solutions.
